Dr. Kwame E. Adzatia
Dr. Kwame Adzatia is a qualified Otolaryngologist/ENT Surgeon. With close to 20 years of experience as a medical doctor, he has become known for his compassion, great bedside manner and up-to-date/ultramodern technology he uses when caring for his patients.
He is known to offer maximum medical therapy/ treatment and only considers surgery when necessary.
Dr Adzatia’s core competencies include the diagnosis, management, and treatment of general ENT conditions in both children and adults.
He has developed a passion for managing complex sinonasal conditions with minimally invasive surgical techniques, including endoscopic and image-guided sinus procedures.
He believes in collaborative approach to care and often works with other surgeons in offering functional/total nasal reconstructive surgeries.
He is also part of the Morningside Head and Neck Cancer Multidisciplinary team which meets weekly.
He holds a Master of Medicine (Otorhinolaryngology), Fellowship of the College of Otorhinolayngologists of South Africa and Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery all from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.
His affiliations include being a Fellow of the College of Otorhinolaryngologists of South Africa- The Colleges of Medicine of South Africa and a Member of the South African Society of Otorhinolaryngologists, Head and Neck Surgeons.
Dr Mieszko Ogonowski
Dr Mieszko Ogonowski (Dr OG) is an Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Specialist and Head & Neck Surgeon. He matriculated from St John’s College, where he developed a deep appreciation for art, music, and health sciences, a balance that continues to influence his medical approach today.
He completed his Bachelor of Health Sciences (BHSc), Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBCh), Master of Medicine in Otorhinolaryngology (MMed), and Fellowship of the College of Otorhinolaryngologists of South Africa (FC ORL) at the University of the Witwatersrand. He now serves as a Specialist Consultant and Lecturer at Wits University.
Dr OG has extensive experience across the full range of ENT conditions, with particular interests in Head and Neck Surgery, Sinus Surgery, Paediatric ENT, and hearing and balance disorders.
His professional affiliations include the South African ENT Society, the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, and multiple leadership roles within the South African ENT Registrar Society and Colleges of Medicine of South Africa.
Known for his patient-centred, thoughtful approach, Dr OG combines medical precision with empathy and creativity, embodying both the science and art of medicine.

Tanith
graduated from the University of Pretoria and went on to complete her Masters degree in Audiology. She is a widely experienced audiologist and has a special interest in neonates and pediatrics. She has expertise in hearing loss, diagnostic hearing assessments, newborn hearing screening and balance testing. She also has extensive experience in assistive listening devices and aural rehabilitation. She is passionate about her work and is a key member of our team.
